Sweet & Savory Pizza with Briette Creamy & Blue

Serves 4

Ready in 75 minutes (with homemade pizza dough)

INGREDIENTS:

1 Briette Creamy & Blue

1 store bought or homemade pizza dough

2 medium sweet onions, sliced thin and camolized

2 apples, sliced thin

2 cloves of garlic, minced

3 slices of thick cooked bacon, cut into crumbles

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 475 °F.

2. Stretch pizza dough into a rectangle and place on baking sheet.

3. Layer slices of Briette, caramelized onions, thin sliced apples and minced garlic on

dough.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

5. Top with bacon crumbles, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
