Briette Creamy & Buttery Red Baked Bowl

Ready in 40 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

1 Briette Creamy & Buttery Red

1 loaf artisan bread (round)

⅓ cup berry jam


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Cut top off of bread loaf and use size of Briette as a guide on the center of the bread tracing with a knife.

3. Scoop center contents of loaf and place Briette in the hollowed center.

4. Bake for 15 minutes, add ⅓ cup berry jam and continue baking 15 minutes or until Briette and jam are hot and bubbly.

5. Serve hot with toasted top of loaf as well as using sides of bread bowl for dipping.
