CAMBOZOLA LETTUCE WRAPS

Preparation time 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 apple, cored and thinly sliced
4 ounces CAMBOZOLA cheese, cut into eight thin slices
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/4 cup rice noodles
8 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves
INSTRUCTIONS:
Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Layer apple slices and CAMBOZOLA cheese in each lettuce cup.
Top each lettuce cup with rice noodles and a drizzle of hoisin sauce. Serve immediately.
