Our GRAND NOIR cheeses are ripened in unique conditions, allowing selected cultures to flourish – a maturation method we call “Affinage Noir”. This creates a distinctive dark blue marbling, an exceptionally creamy texture and luxuriously smooth melt. Whether on a cheese board or in fine cuisine: this premium blue is made to impress.

What to expect:

Creamy yellow-white semi-soft cheese with even striations of blue mold throughout.

PAIRINGS: Pair it with a bold red wine or champagne. Serve it at room temperature with crackers, baguette, candied ginger, dried fruits, or sweet & spicy jams. Dice into salads, slice over potatoes or steak or pair with rich chocolate for dessert.

Lactose free, Gluten free & Vegetarian

GRAND NOIR is lactose-free due to the natural maturation process during cheese-making (lactose content below 0.1 g/100 g). In addition, our cheeses are all naturally gluten-free and vegetarian as we use microbial rennet.
